Terms of use
Short version: Keepresso is free and fully open source under the GNU GPL-3.0, for personal and business use. There is no account, no cloud, and nothing to sign. Here is the short version in full.
The app
Keepresso is fully open source under the GNU GPL-3.0, free for personal and business use. It runs entirely on your Mac and needs no account. The licence on the code says what you may do with it, and these terms do not replace it.
The source is public on GitHub, external contributions are welcome, and you can read it, change it for yourself, and share your changes under the same licence. github.com/gyorgysh/keepresso.
What you agree not to do
Do not sell the app as your own, bundle it into something harmful, or use it to keep someone else's machine awake against their wishes. That is most of the list.
Liability
The app is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, pueev OÜ is not liable for loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under Estonian or EU law.
Privacy
The app has no account and sends nothing anywhere. The site sets no cookies and tracks no one. The privacy notice is the whole of it, and it is short too.
Changes
